Surrounded by shades of grey, this little blue-eyed beauty appears unsure of where she is at the moment.  Once completed and framed, her blue eyes pop from the painting for all to see.  Painted on 11 x 14 Canson Mi-Teintes paper using Prismacolor pencils found at Michael's or any art store, this pattern contains 3 photos and step by step instructions.  The project teaches many lessons in color values and is a very educational project.  Paper and pencils are readily available at Michael's or any art store.
