If you've used colored pencils in the past to paint a bear, you'll marvel at the ease of completing a bear using pastels.  This teddy with the beautiful bows is painted using General's Pastel Pencils.   The Nupastels and the pastel pencils are considered "hard pastels".  They are available in art stores.  If you don't have a store near you, there are many online art stores.  The surface is Canson Mi-Teintes paper 11 x 14.  This packet includes complete step by step instructions, a line drawing, 1 photo and a value map.  If you have never tried pastels but have always wanted to, this may be the project for you.
