Emerson's cheeks will soon be as "rosy" as her hat even though she is all bundled up to go out into the cold weather.  The project is done using Prismacolor Nupastels and Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils or General's Pastel Pencils. The Nupastels and the pastel pencils are considered a hard pastels. They are available in art stores. If you don't have a store near you, there are many online art stores. The surface is a 11"x14" piece of mat board. This packet includes complete step-by-step instructions, a line drawing, 7 photos, and a value map.
